Mnoho lid\u00ed v\u0161ak tento probl\u00e9m \u0159e\u0161\u00ed dal\u0161\u00edm spot\u0159ebitelsk\u00fdm \u00fav\u011brem, kter\u00fd jim pokryje pot\u0159ebn\u00fdch 10% hypot\u00e9ky. Krom hypote\u010dn\u00edho \u00fav\u011bru na bydlen\u00ed, je mo\u017en\u00e9 je\u0161t\u011b rekonstrukci financovat i tzv. americkou hypot\u00e9kou.
